Have you ever been so excited for someone you just want to dance? Today’s card is perfect for such an occasion, and it’s so easy to make! But don’t stop there!
One of the top tips I share when it comes to picking out a stamp set is versatility. You want a stamp set with great sentiments and images that will work for many occasions. Maybe that’s why Beautiful You was one of my first sets.
Here are a few simple variations I made:
I used Real Red for this card and added a Real Red border. I added some Whisper White Baker’s Twine for a little interest and put it all on a Whisper White standard card base.
I used Bermuda Bay for this card and added the color on my sentiment by stamping off once before bringing the paint stroke stamp from the kit to my paper. I used Pearl Basic iJems and colored them with my Dark Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Blends to color them.
I often try to step outside my comfort zone when I’m creating a group of cards and that’s what I did here. I added strips of Pacific Point Cardstock as well as a cut Pearlized Doily to step this card up.
Have you had fun with the Beautiful You stamp set, or have you used one stamp set to make a set of cards? I’d love to see them! Share in the comments below!
This is the tutorial I followed to make the matching card holder.
