My Craft Room is All Packed Up

I have been working super duper hard over the past month to get loads of tutorials ready for you guys while I spend the next few months with my family in our camper as we make the track from Tennessee to Idaho. We plan to take our time and visit family and friends along the way. When we get to Idaho we will look for a house, and hopefully settle down soon while on the other side. These things are hard to plan for and I will likely be without most of my craft supplies for at least three months! No worries though – I can’t stop crafting and creating and you’ll still see weekly inspirational posts from me.

No Longer a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator

Those of you who have been following me over the past few months know I was planning on leaving Stampin’ Up!, then I decided to change. Well, I have officially turned in my resignation. I do still love Stampin’ Up!, and will continue to use their paper and ink, as well as some of their other fantastic products. I’ve ultimately decided that my passions and growth do not match with aligning myself with any one company. You can find out more about my heart and what Im’ thinking in my original post on this topic here.

If you would like to be connected with a new Stampin’ Up! demonstrator either local to me or online, I’m happy to give you information for either.

Prayers Needed

The holiday season can be stressful, but add major medical issues on top of it, and things can seem overwhelming. Dawn is one of my sweet customers. Her husband, Robert, has been facing some major medical hurdles and the past few months have been quite a roller coaster. Please keep Dawn and Robert in your prayers.

Cards in the News

A 104 year-old veteran was surprised by over 25,000 cards for Valentine’s Day.

Be sure to read this inspiring story about how students raise money for community service through handmade cards.

January Giving Update

This month we have been working to raise money for Compassion International. We weren’t planning to pack up and have things move so quickly, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, our house is nearly packed up. That combined with my exit from Stampin’ Up! means we’ve had to wrap up our giving goals a bit early. Thank you so much for your support so far this month. With your help we have raised $50 to go toward Art Classes for Compassion International.

January Card Drive

We are taking a break from a card drive this month, but feel free to make cards for any of the wonderful organizations.
